A few flakes drifted down while we were out. The dog had a good run and lots of rolling – the colder it is the happier he is, he really doesn’t like warm weather! The big children let off some steam and John, Katie and I just enjoyed the fresh air, scenery and peace and quiet (relatively quiet, our kids shatter the illusion of tranquillity fairly quickly). It was just what we needed.
I have a tax return to complete, yuck. But I know it won’t take too long, it is just that my sewing machine and knitting needles seem a lot more attractive, but then Katie may not co-perate and then I may have to leave it all for another time anyway. We’ll see. Good luck with whatever your plans are for today whether it be a tax return or something much more fun.
